Record money back
When some or all of a purchase comes back to you, record it so your budget reflects what you actually spent.
Open the transaction and scroll to Record money back.
Choose All of it if the whole amount came back, or Enter amount if only part did, which opens a keypad. The figure cannot exceed what you paid.
That is it, there is nothing to save. If the whole amount came back the transaction now counts as nothing spent; if part came back, the line beneath shows both figures, something like "$30.00 back, $20.00 net" on a $50 purchase.
One action covers several situations on purpose: a shop refunding you, a friend paying you back for their share, settling up after someone covered you. Carlo does not ask which, because the money came back either way.
The original amount is never lost. Tap the figure to edit it and Carlo offers what you actually paid rather than the net. To undo the whole thing, open the transaction and tap Undo money back, and the full amount counts again.
