Edit or delete a transaction

Open any transaction and change anything about it. There is no Save button, because every field saves itself.

Tap a transaction anywhere you see one, in a day card, the peek, History, or a project, and it opens in full.

Everything on that screen is editable where it sits. Tap the amount for a keypad. Tap Date, Category, Subcategory, Payee, Payment method or Projects to change them. The caption and the private note you just type into.

There is no Save button, and that is deliberate: each field commits on its own the moment you change it, so you can edit one thing and go straight back. If something fails to save it reverts just that field and tells you, without disturbing anything else you changed.

The caption travels with the photo and shows wherever the picture appears. The note stays here, visible only when you open the transaction, never in a list.

To remove the transaction, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete transaction. That is permanent, so Carlo asks first. Changing a transaction's date instead moves it into that month's totals, which is usually what you want if you logged something on the wrong day.
