Get around Carlo
Where everything lives, and how to move between the screens you'll use every day.
Carlo opens on your Journal: one card per day, newest first, holding that day's photos and what you spent. It's the record the whole app is building, so it makes sense as home.
Along the bottom is the tray, and it stays with you everywhere. The calendar glyph opens Bills, the coins glyph opens your Budget, and the picture glyph brings you back to the Journal. Set apart on the right is ＋, which is how you add anything: tap it to speak an entry, press and hold to type one.
The Budget screen is where your coins live. The date sits at the top, so you can tap it to jump to a particular day, swipe to move a day at a time, or press and hold to come back to today. Your month coins come first, and scrolling past the year heading brings up your year coins.
A peek card rests at the bottom of that screen showing your recent transactions and the allowance bar. Tap the bar, or drag the card upward, and it opens into the full list; drag it back down to tuck it away. Once it's open you can search everything you've ever logged by payee, caption, note, amount, or project.
Bills works the same way: your bills on the screen, and a peek of their own underneath for seeing what's due, marking something paid, or adjusting a single month.
Everything else sits behind More, at the top left of every screen. That's where you'll find Analytics, Goals, Projects, Business, History, and your theme, sounds and other settings. It's also where Messages lives, which is where Carlo writes to you: a welcome note, an occasional nudge, a notice about your account. When something's unread you'll see a small teal dot on More.
