Write a daily journal entry
Writing about a day happens on the day itself. There is no separate editor and no Save button.
Open the Journal and tap the day you want to write about. Any day with a card will do, today or one from months back.
The day opens with its photos, its date, and everything you spent. Beneath that, tap the writing area and start typing. It is deliberately a bare field on the page rather than a boxed input, closer to a blank page than a form.
Tap away when you are done and it saves itself. There is no Save button, and nothing is lost if you swipe back mid-sentence, because saving happens whenever you leave the field.
To add pictures of your own, the ones that belong to what you wrote rather than to a purchase, find MEMORIES below your writing, tap Edit, then add from your library or take a new one. A day holds up to 13. Tap the check when you are done.
Beneath all of it is a place to add Projects. Tag a day with a trip or an occasion and it will appear alongside that project's spending when you open it, so a project ends up holding both what something cost and what you wrote about it.
To remove an entry, clear the text. The day keeps its card as long as anything else happened on it. Everything you write is encrypted, so Carlo cannot read it, and in a shared space your household can see what you wrote and the pictures you added, though your projects stay yours alone.
