Ask Carlo (the assistant)
A built-in assistant that answers questions about using Carlo, grounded in these help articles.
Tap the ? in the top right to open Ask Carlo. It has a Chat tab for asking questions and a Browse tab for the whole help library.
Type your question, something like "how do bills work?" or "how do I add a goal?". Carlo answers in a sentence or two and links the articles it drew from, so you can read further.
What it knows is worth being precise about: it reads these help articles and nothing else. It cannot see your transactions, budgets, balances, or any of your financial data, and it will not comment on your spending. That also means it is exactly as current as the articles are, and that it is here for how-to questions about the app rather than financial advice.
If the articles do not cover your question it says so instead of guessing, and points you at the relevant sections or at sending feedback. It will not invent steps or describe features that do not exist.
There is a cap on how many questions you can ask in a quick burst, set far above anything ordinary use would reach. It exists to stop automated abuse, not to limit you, and if you somehow hit it Carlo asks you to slow down for a moment. In everyday use you will not see it.
