Tell Alex what is broken, what is confusing, or what you love, from inside Carlo.
Open the More menu from the tray and tap Send feedback. You can also reach it from Ask Carlo, via the ? in the top right.
Pick what kind of note it is: Something's broken, I have an idea, This confused me, Share a testimonial, or Something else. Then type your message. A screenshot often explains more than a paragraph, so Attach screenshot lets you add up to three from your library. You can add your name if you would like credit when an idea leads to a change.
Tap Send and it goes straight to Alex, who builds Carlo on his own and reads every message personally.
If you choose Share a testimonial, your words may appear on the Carlo website. That one asks for your name, since it is how you would be credited, and for a selfie so you can be featured. Only a name you type in yourself is ever shown publicly.
One thing to know about privacy here: feedback is one of the few things Carlo does not encrypt, precisely because you are choosing to send it and Alex has to be able to read it. Your message and any image you attach are visible to him, screenshots and selfies are stored unencrypted and kept for up to 90 days before deletion, and your financial data stays sealed and is never part of it.
