Read your annual spending report
The same chart for your big, slow-moving categories, plus a full-year view against each annual budget.
Open the More menu from the tray, tap Analytics, then tap the Year tab. This covers your annual categories, the ones like Travel and Medical that arrive in lumps rather than every week.
You get twelve bars again, one per month. The tick on each is your annual budget divided by twelve, which is the pace that would land you exactly on budget by December. It is a reference line, not a limit: if Travel is $3,600 a year the tick sits at $300, and a $600 month is twice the pace but nowhere near over budget. An annual category has the whole year to absorb a spike, which is the entire reason it is annual.
Tap a bar to select that month and see how the spending split across your annual categories. The card at the bottom holds the transactions themselves. Drag it up, drag it to full height to scroll, and tap any row to open and edit it.
Many annual categories have subcategories, Electronics splitting into Computers and Phones and so on. Tap a slice of the breakdown to drill into those, and the card below follows.
Use the pills to focus on a single category, and All to come back out. Tapping an active pill again also clears it.
The real answer to "am I on track" is under the chart: tap By year. Categories reorder by total spend, each showing its year-to-date figure beside its annual budget, teal while you are under and red once you are past. A grand total closes it out. Tap By month to return to the month-by-month view.
Only annual categories appear here. Your monthly spending lives on the Month tab.
