How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Carlo account.
  2. Use the subject line: Carlo Account Deletion Request
  3. We will verify the request and process the deletion manually.

What is deleted and what is retained

Deleting your account will remove your Carlo account and associated personal app data, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

Once a deletion is processed, we delete the data associated with you from our database, storage, and the encryption key registry within 30 days. Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days before they expire from rotation. Anonymous, aggregated metrics (such as total app installs) may be retained indefinitely. Delete from within the app

You can also delete your account directly from within the Carlo app: tap More → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
